Wish I’d never had smart meters for gas and electric installed.

Wonderful help from South African customer service team Adan and Jamal. Sweet friendly helpful guys.

I joined Octopus before it all went crazy with the other companies as I bought an electric car. Octopus have been great in all aspects , especially the App , very easy to do only won £1 on the wheel of fortune, but who knows.

Ace app to use, very easy to add readings, check bills, check history etc etc bang on

A great app for a great energy company. Only one request, please give us the option to include daily standard charge costs in the usage reports.

This app’s not been updated for nearly a month, it claims to be updated weekly. My smart meter has stopped updating the app. Why?

It has been many weeks where Octopus have been unable to control the charging for my BMW and it’s getting very frustrating, please sort the issue out.

Needed help today with the setting up of my smart meter the lady on the phone very helpful once she received the barcodes was up and running In 10 minutes

The app generally works okay. However when opening, the screen shudders. This seemed to be fixed in a previous update but is back again. The other issue is that for a lot of functionality you need to leave the app and go to the website. This requires a further login even though already logged into my account via the app. It would be better if more options were included in the app. The bills are clear but it would be an improvement if the total of gas and electricity charges was shown on the bill summary.
