This app is a great way for your to explore your emotions and inner self! It asked very hard and personal questions, which provoked myself in a good way. I can see this app as a great companion through get through my daily life. Also, the UI is awesome

As someone who’s been through a lot emotionally, I found it really comforting but also challenging (in a good way). I’ve been using it during my meditation the past few days, and it’s already made a difference. It’s not just another mindfulness app — it actually makes you reflect and feel seen. i dont and have never written reviews for apps before up until now. i literally dont know why this is free, considering the amount of value it brings to anyone who uses it, but please try it out. youll be surprised at how much you don't actually know about yourself.
