We moved away from OFA 4 years back because of poor services. The sales team managed to convinced that a lot has changed in last 4 years and made all the commitments to convince us which they can’t fulfil now. It was a mistake on our side to go with OFA once again. After using OFA again in the year of 2023-24, here is my honest review: The commitment made during sales process are not honoured. The system doesn’t show updates on time. Most of their features are not reliable. You will end up spending half of your time with OFA to get the right business visibility which otherwise your could spend to grow your business. After sales service is still very poor and unprofessional. A serious business owner should not go with OFA at all, instead pay a little more but find a better service provider.

If you’re a distributor and thinking to buy an app, this app is only good for the investors to see their portfolio. But most of the times, their data is incorrect, and then their service team is another miracle on Earth, it is another challenge to make them understand the fault and then getting the resolution is more like a dream.

Never buy and trust them when you are in trouble they never respond the only motive for them is to sell their products and leave you
