Couldnt get otp via sms at all. I dont know why. Theres optikn get via email but also doesnt work. Hence withdrawal is impossible. Sad.

This application is pretty useless for OFW. I can’t transfer money to any account in the Philippines because there’s no OTP. You cannot also generate OTP because while waiting the specified time before you can resend another request to your email, app will then log you out because it says you’re inactive for a while. There’s no option where you can transfer the money to your local bank overseas.

I’ve tried to open an account by signing up online. I’ve been trying it several times for more than a month now. But it didn’t go through it didn’t provide me any OTP number and even if it go through. And i successfully input the OTP i can’t even receive any mail to verify my account.

Can it be modified with a saved recipient details so we won’t have to enter every details every transactions? Also, can you do something for the transfer fees to be waived maybe end of this year or something. 😬

When I downloaded this apps I never had a problem with sending or transferring funds to any local bank in the Philippines with out any charges and easy to receive funds also from someone and also western union remittances. I highly recommend this to any Filipino who wants to save for their needs in the future. Keep it up improving the system. Thank you OFBank🙏

Its easy way to open an account and easy to use

Please allowed the user to reset their Digital key for their new device. I swap my device with my wife and everything is working fine except for the DIGITAL KEY, i couldn’t register my new device it says you already register to a digital key. How can i reregister my device for digital key?

Just to change mobile number taking Soooooo lonnnnggg…. Its been a month when i request for change of my mobile but until now theres no resolution on their part. While the other bank or digibanks you can change it DIRECTLY on the bank app but for OF BANK you need to email first to request it is so inefficient!

I feel so sad.. its been 1 month now.. i can’t access on my ofbank app.. i already change my password but its always said that im already log in but its not .. its always said i need to try it after 6 minutes🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️😞😞😞

More than 20 times. inteied to creat account . during submission of my Password always error kahit sobrang linaw na ! P'''ng i'''na..!!! Bobo tlga mga pinoy pagdating sa mga ganyang bagay..
