Can’t edit a document that’s saved on my phone and computer, can only view it and send copies of it

Signed up for a 3-day trial, and was given no means to cancel it as I cannot afford the year-long contract I must pay for once the trial is over. I contacted the in-app support and was deliberately ignored after sending multiple messages. Have seen several similar reviews, and the excuse given is “we don’t deal with it in-app, contact Apple customer support”. Which is outrageous. Just a money grabbing scam to lock you in a contract and make it impossible to leave it.

Can’t edit with paying subscription

I just downloaded and used for only 2 minutes to check my document and they charged me 20.99£ and it’s connected to my account they cut it from my account automatically without my permission. Not for recommending. Not use for 1 single second. Not use for even check your document. Not use for even one time use. There was no option for 0 rating that’s why rated 1 otherwise I would opted 0. 0/5 overall rating. Same reply to everyone.😂😂😂😂

Very good Easy to use

I recently downloaded this app and accidentally signed up for a subscription without realizing it due to my busy schedule. Unfortunately, the app didn’t meet my needs, so I promptly deleted it. However, I was charged for a year-long subscription. As someone working in charity for £5 per hour, this unexpected expense is challenging for me. 🥲 I kindly request a refund as I cannot afford to allocate such a significant amount of money for an unused app. Your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
