There are so many bugs, that the app is basically useless in most situations
DECEMBER 2024 UPDATE: My only complain is I started this app on my iPad. I paid for it from my iPhone because I like playing it in my car. I can’t for some reason make my paid subscription go into my iPad so I can listen to it uninterrupted. How can I make it happen? I quit my job of 22 years to be my mom’s full time caregiver out of state. I miss my hour long commute. Music is my only “zen” time to myself and I really love the seamless transitions of the music on this app. Like I’m in a club right at comfort of home.
This is perfect for throwing a party / dance party, hands free. I wish it worked better with Apple Music.
This app is perfect for mixing music if you don’t have professional equipment to mix for a dance or wedding. This app also works with Spotify Premium which is hard to find. Excellent application.
Doesn’t save the transition 4/5 times and will forget. What’s the point of you can’t have the most basic control? Update: yes my WiFi and iCloud were functioning fine when the issues occurred.
The concept is really cool, and the automix function does a decent job. The biggest setbacks I find are: 1. It’s really on truly worth it with a Tidal subscription 2. The “energy” should be open for users to change. The “energy” or “vibe” of a song is really subjective in my opinion. Plus, a lot of songs have generally the wrong energy, even from an objective perspective.
Unusable you have to pay for everything and download every app in the world
It does not live up to its own advertising. It successfully guesses the best part of the dance song about 40% of the time. Most of the time I had to manually show it where the best parts are. Mixes are typically quite good, albeit basic... but every so often it does a really good mix. If it manages song volume (to keep it consistent) I could not tell, I had to still go back and adjust the volume for each song manually. Overall: Not quite ready, but heading in a good direction. Way too expensive for what it delivers.
I have to say. If you are looking for cleaner mixing of your Spotify playlist then look no further. Plus the smart suggestions are bangers. Idk how they wrote this AI but it is solid. I highly recommend you give this app a try because they are super generous with the free tier. You need to make sure your playlist is consistent in genre and style if you want the mixing to be better. Throwing in K-pop with slow jazz is just going to be a bad time.
This is type of app that I was looking for but it isn’t available other devices other than Apple devices. I just would like for this app to be available on windows and android. It’s because I only have one Apple device and would like to use this app on my other devices other than just my phone. That’s it. This app would have so much potential if it was available on other platforms.
