I’ve been using OFX for over 3 years now and I can’t understand why others have issues. Transfers are free all be it you have to ask and if you are a regular user they will beat the rates of other exchange services. Again you have to ask but once you are set up you don’t have to ever ask again.

OFX terminated my account after refusing to give my husband savings account statement that’s after sending my own checking account statement and refused to do the transfer for me and when I called they didn’t say acceptable reason for it all they said find another money transfer service, I just want to share my experience so be careful giving your information to these companies Be aware of third parties

Transferring from Canada. Transfer took ages. Customer Service, not helpful and not even responding to emails. You have to call them to get ZERO help. If are outside EU, do yourself a favor save your time and your money and don't use these mediocre players.

I have an account with OFX. I need daily access to current market rates innorder to decide whether to book mu frequent FX transactions. A few weeks ago (September 2022), with the introduction of iOS 15.7 ans iOS 16, the APP NO LONGER DISPLAY THE INITIAL RATES PAGE !!! The initial rates page is CRUCIAL to using the APP and knowing when to book. Though the account transactions still seem functional, and are hopefully secure, not seeing current market rates is a MAJOR HANDICAP. Yes, one can get rates elsewhere. But the point is to get rates exactly when one is considering a transaction. And acting quickly within the APP if a rate is favourable. I assume that OFX is aware. But the "broken / blank" rates page issue has continued for some weeks. PLEASE FIX ASAP !!!!!

I’ve been using OFX for over 2 years and I’ve gotten the best rates and ZERO issues. It runs perfectly. I cannot recommend them enough. NO BRAINER!

Edit: Over 3 years now and never had 1 hiccup and still still way better rates than the banks. I gain 3 - 5 % more using OFX still maintaining my 5 start review
