I connected to the camera after the initial installation without problem. That was the ONLY time I connected. Caught in a constant loop. Connect to the recorders wifi only to get a message saying I need to connect to the wifi. Cannot access the camera to change setting or review and save footage. The support information in the app is garbage as well. Complete waste of time and money.

I’ve tried several times to connect. Airplane mode, only cam Wi-Fi, relaunching the app, adding the cam, etc. what’s the point of an app for the cam if it won’t connect.

This app instantly freezes when I open it. Wasted $80 on a dash cam, that I can’t even use

Can’t setup the cam and stuck in this perpetual screen complaining about screen preview. Low quality software.

ever since IOS17 update, the screen is black while recording and app most of the time won’t connect to camera since cannot connect to camera wifi. Camera wifi keep disconnect by itself. Please fix these bugs

Won’t connect to internet i followed the directions . Also no help to trouble shoot this product a compleat waste of my money never again . This is compleat garbage .

After last update there is no access to videos from the app

It’s very poor operating system. While is recording screen is black out. Garbage don’t buy

I have not had much trouble with the app. Sometimes it would not connect just, I think because of the hotspot in my vehicle. I just updated my phone to iOS17 and I am not able to see while it is recording. I’m sure you will read this and fix this bug. So three stars for now. Thank you and hope to see this fixed soon!

This app is all around bad. It frequently freezes or locks up. The live preview is always black except for the recording timer. Half the settings don’t work. Playback doesn’t work and even when you download to the phone the video is often corrupted.
