Please fix the bug
You will be experiencing issues whereby matching with unknown users. Case in point, I’ve been swiping right on ideal profiles, but it will end up matching with other user profiles which appeared from nowhere. Most of the profiles are also either bot or scammers. Please don’t invest and use this app any further.
Match issues
I swiped right on a person and it says match but when they show the profile it’s a complete different person that I swiped right on… is there like an error or something?? Pls fix it.. got the wrong match for the 3rd time today and it’s pissing me off…
Trustable App
User friendly and fast response app. No problems encountered so far.
Password lock
App shld hve password lock option for privacy. Currently, one has to log out for privacy
Anyhow ban ppl
Suddenly one day the app just banned me for no reason, was just opening the app to check messages and got banned, okc is somehow also tied to tinder, so I got banned on both at the same time on the same day…. Tried to contact customer service for a report on why, just ended up getting a bot reply that says they can’t disclose the reason due to privacy issues. Isn’t this just abuse of power by mods that can simply anyhow ban ppl?

Fake and Buggy!
I matched to multiple ppl multiple times. Those ppl don’t reply as well so is it a one sided match yet it comes out as matched? When the person really match, notification up again? It’s terrible. I regret paying subscription. After subscription ends, 20 more matches pop up.

Unethical app with dismal customer support
As others noted, this app bans people without reason! No matter how you appeal, nothing will change. Because your phone number is required in this app, you’ll never be able to even make a new account unless you get a new phone number. Customer service simply passes you around until you give up. The app also causes iPhone to overheat. And new updates break your profile sections that have emojis. It’s pretty tragic. Furthermore, I’ve noticed that this app always recommends your profile to people obviously far out of your filters, which then chalks up a huge number of likes that you’ll never swipe on a normal basis. The app wants you to FOMO. This is obviously unethical since you won’t even have them show up in queue
