Ideally it should have costed about half the price. When I tried to raise a complaint, they don’t have a customer support and I only end up chatting with a chatbot. Rapido prices are slightly hirer than Ola but I find them more reliable and not misleading like Ola. I also request him to return it i will agree to pay his charges also but pls return my bag he directly denied and saying no bag here then how to deal with that my luggage gone dont have proper clothes to next day. I bought clothes from Udaipur market and new original  charger with cable it cost me around 4000₹ and other thighs i losted in it approx 10-15 k. Not acceptable at all. -- OlaReview, 2025-01-03 ### *---- "Money ducted but rider is taking money" I made a payment using Paytm but after confirmation of payment successful my ride is still showing on and my rider also saying to make payment on his UPI asa well even after paying to ola and there is no customer support for ola. -- 09sagarsiddh, 2025-01-03 ### *---- "Worst post paid process & No safety guidelines" I’ve been hesitant over reviewing this matter but i’m too frustrated at this point and might as well spend my precious time on this review if it’s going to help someone and avoid downloading this app. This app payment system is ridiculous first they offer you upto 3k credit limit and they ask you to pay dues in less than 15 days even if it is merely 100 rs. also they will put late charges immediately as high as 200rs and the employees will call at any time of day constantly from different numbers that are not authorised and basically you keep getting random calls and messages from unknown numbers asking for money and in a very rude tone. they won’t understand if you’re in a situation where you can’t take calls or come at the phone all they care is about money. this is like a cheap credit card company there’s no way this is a cab company as also when it comes to safety it’s pathetic. i had one incidence where i was catching a red eye flight to the airport. on my way the cab driver stopped and some other guy switched him as a driver. not only that when you call the drivers for tracking status the app gives away your numbers which has resulted in me getting calls and shady texts from the drivers later on. i’m at this point tired of blocking ola employees as well as drivers. also the fares are awfully overpriced. it is always higher and unreasonable compared to all other apps. once i had even more horrible incidence concerning safety of me and my female friend. the driver took a long rather lonely route and was taking on call and mentioned us to someone which was shady. and he was speeding we asked him to slow down and he kept going. so i had no other option than opening the door in a running car. luckily the car door was unlocked. after opening the door he stopped and we got out of the cab and yelled that we have called the police and they have our live location. and we had our male friends pick us up. till this day we are terrified and traumatised from the incidence, that we don’t take cabs after dark anymore. also the ola support was pathetic on this incidence. deleted this pathetic app. -- anonymous64849, 2025-01-03 ### *---- "Worst, and gunda mawali service" This is not a cab aggregator.
