I don’t want an app based access to the magazine. What I do want is to search for recipes. The app doesn’t even offer a search recipes option. Just a key word search for articles. Recipes aren’t even an option from the menu. I spent 10 minutes with the app trying to find a particular recipe with no success. Fortunately the website does work. Found the same recipe in less than 60 seconds.
Used to work fine. Since the update is absolutely horrendous and buggy. Alternates between not letting me swipe between articles, and then once I do finally get to an article I’m trying to read, not letting me scroll down to read it. Won’t let you play music in the background and read articles at the same time. Half the time the buttons don’t work, so you have to close her entire app and start all over again. Really baffled how anyone let this get rolled out
As it states in the subject I’ve purchased all previous months of the olive magazine. I used my App Store account I don’t want to sign up to another account I want to be able to read and view what I have already paid for. This is wrong. I won’t be signing up and I’ll never purchase another edition. It seems like theft to me just to get my email address so you can ‘personalise for me’. I don’t want that.
Does not function. The update needs an update.
I have been subscribing for years. I am unable to open the app on my iPad it will not go past the opening screen. Unfortunately I will have to cancel unless this is rectified.
I have uploaded 3 magazines and now I can’t get into the app. It keeps tripping out. 🙁
Good app, great magazine full of delicious recipes and ideas.
Love this magazine. Accessible but interesting recipes for the home cook.
Loved the magazine, hate this app format. Not sure the developers actually read the content and more focused on the design and how it looks. You have to constantly scroll up and down on picture features to work out the words that go with a picture. Way to larger gaps between sections so you can’t quickly take a screenshot of something that takes up less than one page, it takes up 3 with so much white space. It’s just so white and bland with no vibrancy like the magazine has.
I used to love this app. Now I can’t open old magazines?? Also I loved the old format. Please fix this, I won’t be buying any other issues until you do!
