The app when it works is ok, could be far better, displaying lots more info that the car stores. But by far the worst is its stability and reliability keeps dropping either the owner off or who it’s been shared with. Needs sorting out!

Car good app lets it down. constantly logging you out on every app update. then the login sms never bloody arrives so you cant log back in. 

i can cope with it saying 300miles+ range when the max is a little over 200. 

but when it updates overnight and you want to check it charger and its not letting you see the car details. thats super poor

I can categorically tell you now this is without that the worst app that’s ever been put together in the history of apps. Nothing works, from day one it’s been terrible. When you buy cheap you get cheap. Omoda constantly lie about being updated. It’s now been five months and nothing‘s been done also the car as been back to dealership, but still haven’t been able to fix any of my issues which are many. 
Can’t wait to get rid of this rubbish car.

As from December 1st 2025 the app has not been working so I am unable to heat the car up before using it. I keep getting a network timed out error CV10. It worked for the first 10 weeks or so, I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but nothing changes. This app seems to be a waste of time so I will probably remove it completely.

This is a brilliant car and the Omoda customer service is top notch. The app needs development - Two factor authentication almost every time you use it, what’s that about! The time it takes to do that every session, you might just as easily walk to you front door and do it manually. Activating heat and defrost returns too many attempts tried, turn the car on first, security gone mad!

The app overall is pretty good once it’s working does what I need too no complaints. However it keeps logging me out and I have yo login after couple days etc both from the app or log out from car menu screen and scan on again .
