Horrible service
My bus just changed to on-demand, the one that I take to work, and the app doesn’t work whatsoever and I called the on-demand centre and they also didn’t have any clue how to work it or even what my transit number was one out of 10 horrible horrible service
Works perfect for me!
Love this app, so easy to get a ride where I want, when I want.
How long is it going to take you to FIX THE APP???
Really though…I’ve been trying for MONTHS to sign in and make an account and all its doing is loading and not getting me anywhere
I’d love to like this but I don’t
Heard there had been some improvement so I reloaded the app but every time I enter an address in Crystal Beach or Ridgeway, Ontario, I get an error message that says “not with in any service area geofence”. so, being a problem, solver, I went to see if I could find a place to report this to the developers, but couldn’t.
Login issue
Cant sign in with the right info.
Can’t even sign up
Every time I try to sign in or sign up it doesn’t work. I try to change my password and it never sends me emails. This was a waste of my time.
Bad service
This app is extremely awful. It just keeps on cancelling my bus when it’s time for pick up. And it does not show a fixed pick up time. Sometimes it shows after 20 minutes to the selected pick up time and sometimes after 1-2 hours. This app is too bad for people who work night shifts. Even signing in the app shows so much error without any specific reason.
Issues
Keeps kicking me off and I have done the uninstall and reinstall every time. Won’t let me when I’m using my cellular data. And when there’s one last bus for saint albert dial a bus it won’t let me book.
Hope it improves
It used to work just fine then after a month it always crashes, i cant even book a ride. :(
