Great News for Public Transport Users of Delhi. Delhi Government launches its First Ever Common Mobility App.

Welcome aboard our multi-modal transport solution for this unifying and inclusive National Capital Territory of Delhi. All forms of public transport are bound by one code of making travel affordable, safe, timely, modern, clean and closer to your destination.

Features of the App:
1. Buy e-tickets for all the buses and metros.
2. Real-time Expected Time of Arrival (ETA) of all Buses*.
3. Route Visualizer for all Bus and Metro routes on Map.
4. Track buses in realtime on a map.

*New buses and metro lines will be added frequently.

Yet another extremely poor performance shown by government platform. It doesn't even show busses on the designated route. They are always zero in number. God knows why government made this app. Total waste of time. Why don't they develop proper Sop for launching an app. They should do some UAT before launching the app. I believe that part was skipped by them. What does the government do of taxes which we pay every year. They just use it to filling their pockets.

I was travelling in Bus no DLPD4607 whose Route no is 706 ..I bought an online ticket around 9:03 am from one Delhi app from Dhaula Kuan to ito..but after completion of payment I received a ticket from Delhi gate to kapeshera border .Again I tried after few seconds i still got the same wrong ticket i.e, delhi gate to kapeshera.
so please refund my Rs 27 ( 13.5*2 ). I m also not able to register a complaint in app.
