## OnePay Description
Meet your money super app. Through OnePay, you can bank, send, pay, spend, and borrow — plus build credit and earn cash back and rewards.

OnePay is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services provided by Coastal Community Bank or Lead Bank, Member FDIC.

Cash back earned as OnePay Points, redeemable as a deposit into a OnePay deposit account/other available options pursuant to the OnePay Rewards Terms at onepay.com/rewards-terms. For terms/conditions relating to OnePay products, onepay.com/terms. For individual reward details see OnePay app. For certain reward offers utilizing OnePay Credit Cards &, and 3rd-party cards linked in the OnePay Wallet, purchases must be made using the physical card.

^Fee-Free Overdraft is available to OnePay deposit accounts that have received Direct Deposits totaling $500+ in the current or previous month. You must be 18 or older. When on, Savings Backup will be used before Fee-Free Overdraft. Overdraft balance is due right away. Eligible transactions are at the discretion of OnePay and may exclude certain transactions (e.g., bill pay, global transfers). See onepay.com/overdraft-details

Δ3.35% annual percentage yield (APY) applies to the Savings balance of OnePay deposit accounts. APYs are as of 7/27/26, but may change at any time before or after account opening.

‡Cash back is earned as OnePay Points, redeemable into a OnePay deposit account or other available options. You must select your cash back category in the OnePay app monthly and you begin earning on the date it is selected. Eligible purchases are based on MCC. See onepay.com/rewards-terms.

When it comes to fraud on your account you will do a dispute and the always find no fraud like my whole wallet got lost I had cards locked and all my card was used at a Walmart no pin was used and the card was locked and some how they still made a purchase for 263 dollars i didn’t catch it tell two weeks later because I just started using OnePay I’m done with OnePay this the second time I have had a lil over 200 taken from my account and used at a Walmart please don’t use this app or company they don’t like given you back your hard earned money when something goes wrong I will be going and opening a bank account with real bank lil chase or something like that

It’s advertised to get paid early for direct deposit. I get paid on Fridays. My company makes my paycheck available on Wed. One pay does not show my deposit until 2AM on Fri. Talking to One pay and my company, my company says they sent it but One Pay doesn’t see it. After 3 paychecks being late, I’m going back to my old account for direct deposit.

One plus agents not able to resolve the issue in the app and they just keep redirecting me to other departments. I bought the one plus card just because they gave 5% cashback for Walmart plus members. Even though I’m a Walmart plus member and the one pay app shows my account is linked to Walmart, it says I’m not a plus member. Reached out everywhere possible and no one is able to enable my 5% cashback for Walmart purchases.
