Fix issues like cleanliness, pests and maintenance of greenery and infrastructure by using this App. We will help to direct your feedback to the relevant Town Council or authorities such as HDB, NEA, LTA and NParks. There is no need for you to indicate which agency is responsible!

Finally a useful app
I’m actually happy tax dollars are going into this app because it actually solves a real user issue for me. I’ve reached out on 3 separate occasions, and they’ve all received some form of update within 24 hours. In the latest incident, the issue was resolved the next morning (with a final update from the team coming later in the afternoon). While I can’t say the same for every government app out there, this app definitely has my vote (so much so that I bothered to write a review).
Paying for parking
This used to be the most useful feature of this apps but it had been removed abruptly, making this apps to be useless

It was great to have an app to submit issues to the relevant authorities. Unfortunately the execution disappoints. What is the purpose to have this app then?

App did not work with iphone15pro for upload of photos
Something is wrong with the vendor providing this app , it used to work but I had not been able to file a report and upload any photos while onsite for a long time.
Car evading parking fee & illegal loading bay parking
Very disappointed with the service. Reported nany time, no action. I am not sure this app created for fun

Unable to launch, kept giving error msg said detected untrusted connection when I’m just using own mobile data
