Good day OPAY Team, Kudos to y’all 👏 I must commend y’all are doing a great job 👍….
        
      But! there are somethings I think needs to be looked into…..

 1.)   Some transaction details in the transaction history section should be deletable of course  after verification / consent of the account owner for privacy reasons. 

    2.)  I noticed that narration inputed during a transaction sometimes doesn’t reflect after the transaction has been successful, which is very important for reference/documentation purposes. 

      Kindly look into this.

Since the recent update I think there’s a problem of not requesting for my password before on login, it just opens the app. Which means anyone can pick my phone and have access to my opay account.

I’ve been using the App for a while now with no complain whatsoever, I had set my security preference as requesting for password once I leave the App, but after updating it recently to the newest version, I can access my app without imputing the password and even after few days I can still access the app without password. Hi, for over a month now I’ve come across a flaw in your app that needs urgent fixing. My disappointment is that this has been going on for a very long time and you guys haven’t fixed it. I don’t know if it’s an iPhone thing or not, because my family using the app on android don’t have this issue. 
The problem is this, my password policy is “always ask for password” to login, but for a while now I don’t even need my password to login to the app. It’s just there like any other social media app, immediately I click on the app my balance is there looking at me in the face. I have updated severally, even deleted the app and downloaded again but it’s still recurring. This seems like a bug from the backend, and it is worrying this hasn’t been flagged and fixed by now.
