OpenPhone: Second Phone Number

Super proactive whenever there is an outage, it really makes a difference. That being said, there are hardly ever any outages and when there is billing issues the support staff from both apple and OpenPhone are there to help. GREAT APP!!!!

The menu when clicking on a recent call misses a Copy function. Too copy the phone number and paste it somewhere else.

Hasn’t been working well since a month or so. It goes dead silent on the other end and cuts of what the person is saying. I can only hear half of what they are saying. Really frustrating and annoying.

WIFI is required for it to work so it can be useful but frustrating when traveling. I really like it so I can keep my long time phone number. Unfortunately, videos don’t send which is disappointing. Overall, good utility. I recommend it for the price.

worked good but now it doesnt ring anymore its like its not attached to my phone settings when calls come in. So I have to have my sound always on,and I dont see my calls back anymore in my recent calls.. and everything is on. i think something changed in the app, and I get lately voicemails and then my phone dis not even ring.. but besides this. It works fine! A few months back it worked the best for me!!!

Have used several voip diallers. This one drops calls consistently (about 1/5). Today the app wouldn’t open and I had to reinstall it. Paste number function doesn’t work. Full of bugs. Beta-release at best. Voicemail to text function is cool, but is about 70% accurate. I use this for personal but compared to other VOIP services I have used for work, this isn’t even close.

I had a very frustrating experience with OpenPhone. I was charged 21€ for a service that I couldn’t even use properly, and despite reaching out for help, my concerns were dismissed. The lack of support and accountability from the company is disheartening. I lost money that could have helped me in a tough time, and I received no reassurance from OpenPhone. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Charged for a whole month but couldn’t use the service.

Love the application for my business use that helps avoid using my personal phone. Love the great features, recording and able to PIN numbers of clients that need following up-calling that need attention.
