All required information are filled and required documents (registrations, certificates and insurance) and photos of the drone are attached. After waiting for days OpenSky responded with „the account creation has not been verified. Please attach additional evidences of registration, pictures of the aircraft, insurance, …“.
There is no option to continue this process. Just register again. And probably fail again and again and again.

The rejection email lists all the documents I have successfully uploaded and is a no-reply email. What the hell? Have never been more angry with an app before in my life. It passed thru all the validation so what the hell?

ระบบควรมี maps ให้ดูได้สำหรับทุกคน ไม่ใช้ต้องลงทะเบียนก่อน และต้องรอการตรวจสอบอีก ถ้าคนไม่มีโดรนไม่สามารถดูได้เลย  ประเทศอื่นที่พัฒนาแล้ว อย่าง new zealand เขาทำระบบให้ดูตรวจสอบได้เลย ว่าต้องบินได้ หรือไม่ได้ ให้คนได้ดู ประเทศนี้ มี กสทช กับ caat ให้วุ่นวาย หาเรื่องเก็บเงิน ทำอะไรเหมือนอยุ่ในกะลา

น่าจะเพิ่มช่องใส่หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ในหน้าขอบิน
เนื่องจากเครื่องหนึ่งลำสามารถมีการลงทะเบียนผู้บังคับได้หลายคน
อาจไม่ได้บินโดยคนที่เป็นเจ้าของเครื่องในไฟลท์ที่ทำการขอไป
และเพื่อเพิ่มความสะดวก รวดเร็ว ถูกต้อง ให้กับการติดต่อประสานงาน
ของเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐในพื้นที่บินตรงนั้นอีกด้วย

ขอบเขตสีการขออนุญาติบินในระดับต่างๆ 
ควรแม่นยำและละเอียดขึ้น
เช่นในโซนสีเขียว แต่พอกดจุดเช็คขึ้นกลับเป็นเขตห้ามทำการบิน

ส่วนเรื่องเอกสาร CAAT-UAS-STO-001 ที่ต้องแนบเพิ่มนั้น
ถ้าทำเป็นอีกหน้าใน app ให้กรอกตามช่องเลยจะดีมากๆ 
เพื่อการรองรับการทำงานบน app ที่ทำงานบนมือถือหรือ
อื่นๆที่พกพาได้สะดวกขึ้น
(เพราะเมื่อทำการเปิดไฟล์จากเครื่องมือถือหรือเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์
ที่ไม่มีโปรแกรม Word โดยตรง การแสดงผลบนหน้ากระดาษหน้าจอ
จะไม่ถูกต้อง มีความผิดเพี้ยน อาจทำให้เอกสารที่ส่งแนบไปนั้น
อาจมีลักษณะผิดเพี้ยนจากแบบฟอร์มไฟล์ต้นฉบับ
จนกลายเป็นใช้งานไม่ได้ก็เป็นได้)

ส่วนเรื่องเจ้าหน้าที่ทำหารตรวจสอบและอนุญาติทำการบิน
ใน app และในท้องที่ ทำงานได้รวดเร็วประทับใจมากอยู่แล้ว
หวังว่าจะพัฒนา app ต่อไปให้ดียิ่งๆขึ้นไป
