### *---- "Terrible customer service, even for prime clients"
I was charged for a one-year Prime subscription without any prior warning. Then, when Wizz Air canceled my flight, Opodo had no idea it had been canceled. The refund process turned out to be a nightmare.

Even with a Prime subscription, I still had to contact the airline myself. However, the airline insisted that it was a third-party issue and directed me back to Opodo. Initially, I was promised a certain refund amount, but after a few days, that amount mysteriously decreased. In the end, I received even less than what I originally paid for the flight.

After this experience, I would never book through a third-party service again - i would buy directly from the airline. A truly disappointing experience.

A year ago I had this app and they charged 55€ out of nowhere, I tried to contact support but no one responded. After that incident I cancelled all possible subscriptions (because when u log in automatically you have a trial for prime), logged out from an app and never used it again , but today they charged 55€ again out of thin air. I don't even use this app, and again, to contact support is impossible.

The customer service is the worst I ever seen. I wanted to ask support why my “payment methods” are empty because I did purchases and it had my payment card during the Prime subscription. There is no possibility to ask somebody about that, only a stupid chat bot. Customer support is really bad. After that I wanted to delete my account and it has no that option!! Is it legal? It looks like the company leaves interest to clients right after they make purchases. I do not suggest using this application.

Opodo is the worst “agency” app out there.

I booked my flight and they said I could add my checked in baggage after booking is confirmed. Well guess what! I CANT! They tell me to contact the airline, and the airline tells me to contact Opodo.
