These people will take your money and never give you access to the workout. I paid and wasn’t ever able to get past the subscribe screen to actually access the workouts. I emailed customer service and NEVER heard back from them. Don’t bother wasting your money!
I should of read the reviews before I went and paid $20, it’s not letting me log in and I been trying to log in for the past 2 hours. Don’t pay for this app and I want my money back please.
It’s stupid it tries to make you pay twice
I went through the process of answering questions, setting up, and paying for an account. I then downloaded the app only to be directed to pay all over again. I contacted the company only to be given directions to a link that did nothing to address the issue. Waste of time and money. Update- the company promptly responded to my concerns and I was able to access the app without paying twice. Thank you!
Can not log in to the app when purchased through Instagram, “already payed” is not popping up, will make you pay twice and can not refund first purchase, difficult to cancel had to dispute though PayPal to cancel auto payments never was able to log in to actually use the app.
I set my parameters but day 2 was activities I was not able to complete.
This app is a scam. They know how to market and make it look good, but after you pay you’ll realize it’s nothing you can’t figure out on your own, adds no value. Also it’s more like a meal plan, if I wanted a meal plan I’d speak to a nutritionist.
“They charged my credit card $19.99 every 4 days until I noticed. Luckily, I got away with just $80. What a scam!” Then I asked a refund for extra charges. They said that my subscription was started in January (which is not true) I have received the welcome e-mail on first of June not January. So they have ended up processing a refund for the last payment ($19.99) Also program was terrible, full of repeats. You can find better programs even on Youtube.
The day after I purchased my subscription I was unable to log on. I tried for over a hour and the app kept trying to get me to pay again! I tried using my phone tablet and laptop and it was the same every time! There is NO customer support! You can not call anyone and emails go unanswered! SCAM!
Workouts go too fast and pause goes to a color screen so you cannot mimic the position unless the workout is live. Also some workouts require an open wall (I don’t have one - only above the bed) and alternate is not available. I was hoping to pick from a “menu” to learn movement and to go at my pace to start. Also I have way too many dietary restrictions that are not listed for meal planning. I’ll try it for 30days and see. So far not loving the options.
