Been a member for a long time and any help I’ve needed concerning any issues they have been very cooperative and accommodating.

I love using the app posit checks. It’s great.

Worst App

Have to constantly log in even though Snapshot toggle on. Error messages. Have to remove and reinstall app every week. No help from ORNL app person. Every other app on phone works flawlessly. Recent update is horrible.

Naming the device

I have to keep getting a code sent and naming my device every few weeks and I’m using the same device! Please update ASAP. My app is on the latest update.

Can not log in

The log in screen doesn’t even show up! I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app an uncountable amount of times now and it still is not working! It is not giving me a box to enter my username and password! I’m very unhappy with this due to the fact I can’t see my bank account as I need to! I’ve called customer support and have gotten no where!

Inconsistent Logins

Continually have to enter login information even though recognize browser and remember me button activated. Slow and glitchy.
