Excellent app! Day 1 already paying more attention to my posture. Well worth the buy!!
I like using the app
I have had a lot of pain in my neck and upper back. This is a result from poor sitting, phone use, standing on the blades of my feet, and placing weight on one foot which leads to a slouch and slight twist in my back. I was beginning to feel muscle fatigued and pain several times a day. When that muscle fatigue hits, I try to take a moment to stop and use this app, 2-4 times a day. Workouts are generally 4-7 minutes long and it really helps me feel relief and be more mindful of my posture throughout the day and to take breaks. It isn’t too strenuous. You can revisit previous workouts according to your needs. My only complaint is that I wish timed workout outs would give you 3-5 seconds to get into the new position. There is a pause button, but I don’t want to keep my phone in hand during the workout. Other than that, I feel that it’s a great app!
The app crashed as soon as I opened it ... Even though it used to open but didn’t actually start using it yet
The app seemed to be promising, but by the day 3 out of a 8 weeks program the app prompted to pay
Gives you a workout every day, and is good at motivating you.
It works!
Like the app. Would like to play music during workouts and still hear the start/stop sounds.
I've only been using this for about a week but I'm extremely optimistic that this is going to help improve my posture. And it's free (as long as you're consistent in continuing the workouts day by day) so no harm no foul.
Not even a worthwhile sample.
