I did not even let me watch a movie

I downloaded it but it said it wasn’t able to work in my region and I’m in America and my family had it and it was working pls fix the bugs?!!

OSN is one of the worst streaming companies I’ve ever dealt with. All they care about is getting as much money from you as they can while offering the bare minimum. The app also has a constant problem with streaming. Even when the chosen quality is standard definition every episode and movie continuously stops to buffer.

I’m flabbergasted that this is an app in 2024. The app in my Samsung TV doesn’t allow me to fast forward or rewind. At all. And if at any time I exit the play mode and go to the menu, I have to play the episode from the very beginning again. There’s also no option of subtitles. When you go through a list and pick one to add to a list, it takes you back to the main page and you have to start searching all over again. The 2 stars I gave it are solely for the great content. Other than that, this people who developed this app clearly never actually used it.

The reason I wouldn’t recommend this app is because I wanted to watch a couple movies with my family, and when ever I would try to login or go in the app it would say that I have to go to my downloads, even thought it won’t let me get further in the app to let me download it. Other than that issues I don’t think I would have any more problems but I just downloaded the app and I was not able to even get to look up any movies to watch.

We need more movies and series, especially western and Turkish and less Arabic كثرو ونوعو من الأفلام والمسلسلات مومعقول قناة بهالحجم وقديمة وأفلامها ومسلسلاتها اقل من العاديين

I signed up for OSN+ premium to watch 4K content, expecting a smooth, ad-free experience—but this app has been nothing but a disappointment. Every time I try to watch a show, the stream buffers every 3 seconds, making it impossible to enjoy. And i made sure its not from my internet !!I have a high-speed connection that works perfectly on other platforms like Amazon Prime and Netflix without any issues in 4K. This is clearly a problem with OSN+ and not my setup. To make things worse, even though I paid for a premium subscription that’s supposed to be ad-free, every episode starts with a trailer of another show! This is misleading, and it’s unacceptable for a service that advertises a premium, ad-free experience. And not also woth to mention for anyone is about to download this awful app.. don’t expect an instant support.. there’s no phone number or any form of live chat.. you have to send an email and wait!! Fix your app or refund users’ money, because right now, OSN+ is failing to deliver on its promises in every possible way. اشتركت في خدمة OSN+ بريميوم لأتمكن من مشاهدة المحتوى بجودة 4K، متوقعًا تجربة سلسة وخالية من الإعلانات لكن هذا التطبيق كان خيبة أمل كبيرة. كل مرة أحاول فيها مشاهدة مسلسل، يتوقف البث للتحميل المؤقت كل ثلاث ثواني، مما يجعل المشاهدة مستحيلة. و المشكلة لاتقع على الإنترنت.. لدي اتصال سريع يعمل بشكل مثالي على منصات أخرى مثل Amazon Prime و Netflix بدون أي مشاكل في 4K. من الواضح أن المشكلة في OSN+ وليست في الاتصال لدي. وما يزيد الطين بلة، على الرغم من أنني دفعت مقابل الاشتراك “بريميوم” المفترض أنه خالٍ من الإعلانات، كل حلقة تبدأ بإعلان أو عرض! هذا تضليل، وهو أمر غير مقبول لخدمة تعد بتجربة بريميوم خالية من الإعلانات. و لأي احد بفكر بالاشتراك مع osn+ لاتتوقع اي شكل من الدعم الحالي او السريع!! فقط عليك ارسال ايميل و الانتظار !!إما أن تحسنوا التطبيق أو تعيدوا الأموال للمشتركين، لأن OSN+ حاليًا لا يفي بوعوده بأي شكل من الأشكال.

الواحد ما يقدر يتفرج حلقة وحدة من مسلسله بدون ما يطلع له عشرين اعلان ما انصح احد ينزله ولا يتابعه عندهم شي اقسم بالله كل خمس دقايق اعلان و ياريت اعلان واحد لا اعلانين الحلقة تخلصوها بعد ساعتين من كتر الاعلانات اوكي الواحد مقدر انه الاعلانات طريقة دخلهم بس مو بالطريقة دي ابدا مسخوها و هم كل خمس دقايق اعلان والله الواحد يطفش ولاعاد يبغا يكمل يتابع.

Shame on you for placing ads in the middle of my yearly subscription. Why did you change the terms of my subscription? I won’t be renewing it. This is unacceptable!!!

الجهاز المستخدم apple TV شكراً على التحديثات التي تقدمونها ، بخصوص المسلسلات لدي بعض النقاط اتمنى تحسينها 1- الوصف المختصر للمسلسل او الفلم دائماً غامض او غير مفهوم 2- في المسلسلات عند ايقاف الحلقه من المفترض يتم اظهار تفاصيل اكثر مثال ( اسم المسلسل- الموسم 1 - الحلقه 5 ) 3- الضغط المطول على حلقه من المسلسل اظهار خيارات ( تمت المشاهده + تعميم جميع الحلقات السابقه ) وشكراً على جهودكم .
