La aplicación para iPhone n o es accesible con VoiceOver. No se puede utilizar para personas invidentes. Por favor revisen la accesibilidad

15€ un billete que de normal serían 20/25 si muy bien. Pero luego tienen un supuesto ‘error’ en el aparato y tienes que pagar 25€ A MAYORES o si no no te subes al tren. Hice un transbordo y estando en Chamartín o pagaba o me dejaban allí tirado son unos auténticos estafadores, encima no hay sitio para las maletas y tuvimos que improvisar algo los pasajeros para poder meterlas porque si no no entraban en ninguna parte. NUNCA MÁS.

Error
La aplicacion va fatal, cuando intentas reservar el billete se queda colgada y te dice que hay un error con la pagina. Lo he probado en diferentes dias,meses,horas… siempre es igual.
Abono
Deberian sacar abonos alta velocidad a Zaragoza y Valladolid. Deberian sacar billetes combinados Barcelona-Valladolid y es Lamentable que NO extiendan sus trenes hasta Burgos.
Falta de atención al cliente
Muy mala resolución de problemas. Lo cuentan con un call center no servicios de ayuda que funciones si tenes un problema con los billetes de tren
No guarda el inicio de sesión
Siempre le doy a recuérdame y cada vez que Engel me pide volver a iniciar sesión
App horrible
Cada vez que abro la app me pide la contraseña. Debería reconocerme ya que realicé un proceso de registro. Tengo contraseñas seguras que no recuerdo de memoria por la complejidad de la combinación de caracteres y números. Ahora mismo iba a comprar un billete y no puedo por que no tengo la contraseña a mano
