The app is fine for checking heart rate with the sock (though you’ll probably stop using this within a few weeks/months). But using the camera is terrible. It takes 1-5 minutes for the picture to load and you’ll have to repeatedly close and re open the app. There is a 5 second delay. The iPhone 15/16 camera notch takes up a good portion of the camera view. Sometimes you will look in the app and it is playing footage from much earlier at double or triple speed. Overall very disappointing

The app won’t connect to my WIFI and I have completed everything down to trying to contact the help centre with no luck…. Can not use the product at all now. Not too happy with this.

Would love if you could add a critical alert notification ability so you can ensure that you wake up when you need too, if you can’t have the base located in your room.

When you minimize the app so you can still see it on your screen while using your phone is can’t hold connection. Super annoying.

I really like the peace of mind this device provides - but the app is quite frustrating. Every time I open the app I need to force close it one time so that the data loads, this is particularly annoying when there’s a sock placement issue and the sound is beeping and the app isn’t showing the correct notification to turn off the alarm! Wish the developers would fix whatever issue is causing this. I’ve had this since August 2024.

This camera + app is going to result dead babies if it hasn’t already. App takes ages to load. Camera screen goes black on my phone but my partner’s phone is working. Shows to different images on two different phones at time! Audio continually cuts out. I have never had an app glitch so dangerously. Do not buy this nasty death-trap. I have a photo of the two different images that were on our phones but I cannot upload images here.

Since the new update my app won’t stay open longer then 30 seconds that’s barely enough time for me to click on on of my children and for it to lead to show me them. Very disappointing as I love my camera and the easy access to view them anywhere I am
