The one suggestion I would have is the way to input the address. 

It would be nice to be able to enter name of place or address and not be forced to enter city and district (especially hard for foreigner)

User interface could be better visually but it is still very intuitive and easy to use. Fast response after requesting for a driver.

I get rides fast with this app, but if you want to use your credit card, just use a different app. Whenever i want to use credit card, it always ends up as a cash transaction in the end. If this were to be fixed, this app would be amazing.

Even if the pin is in a specific road it will automatically put in a different road name. I wish the developer can fix this asap. Even if the option for credit card payment is chosen it automatically revert to cash payment. Despite these inconvenience I still welcome owto as an alternative to grab. If you fix the map issue and the credit card issuers I would give you a solid 5

Downloaded the app, but cannot log in.  Tried Facebook and mobile number (USA +1).  Sometimes get an error about data connection (4 bars LTE Globe) but always goes back to login screen. Useless app.

When booking a ride, the pick up/drop off is not as responsive. You cannot put a favorite on destinations. I personally think that the ride options screen is too big. The amount is better but can you show a rounded off amount of the price. It cannot be possible to give (ex: 147.54) to the driver. Once the booking has gone through, you cannot move the map so you can see the where the driver really is. The chat option’s fonts and colors are too dull, so users might think the messages have not been sent. The notifications when receiving chats did not pop up even if the driver did send the message. The waze connection of the driver did not connect properly after we have been picked up. The screen in the app did not change once were picked up by the driver. These are some concerns I need you to answer. I think you can always get better.

The worst design and functionality ever. If I could give it zero stars I would. These guys are promising too many functionalities but users can’t even log in without experiencing errors. And when they do log in, it takes a very very long time to get a ride. Plus the app charges you even if you haven’t had a ride yet. It’s a piece of crap. Waste of time.
