Why only 3 stars is only down to the fact that it’s 10euro or dollars a month , Which imo is An Insane Amount of money to pay when the free version does 90% of the paid version of this app It’s other main 2 competitors I won’t mention are very good & on par with this app.. but they charge 99cent a month or instead of $10.00 per month it’s €10 Euro a Year & You get to log in your Zip/Eir/Postal Code I do Rate this App , I really do like it & I’m not happy giving it only 3 stars but it’s only due to the fact of the makers of this App explaining People to pay €10 a month so €120 a year or it’s a large one of payments of 70 euros, which I would imagine very very few people pay or ever will pay .. I would 100% *RATE THIS APP* it’s Amazing I really like it , I love the design & the features ( free version ) You get & it’s very fast to update often surpassing the 2 other Main competitors The scary thing About an App like this is the lack of reviews, like most people we / I straight away go to the reviews there Vital for an App to survive & give a return. This is imo a must have even the free version & I wish more people would recommend it. My only disappointment is the price of the premium version. You do get a 3 day trail but I’ve never used it as the free version is Amazing. Imo if they dropped the price from €70 a year or €10 a month , to 99cent a month or even €2 euro a month & 10 or €20 a year It would get so much traction & traffic & hopefully people will see this is a legit App.. it’s not a scam it’s a must have if you get deliveries And often out preforms the 2 main tracking Apps , the only other Con is no Map but the Pro is you get more notifications than the other two , They might show you where your parcel is but this app will tell you where it is & what it’s doing in detail , if you get 7 or 8 updates on the other Apps I normally get 11 or 12 updates with more details on where & what & who is handling your product , So sadly it gets 3 stars with its outlandish price, As I pay the premium on the other or €10 a year with a map & extra perks But overall an Amazing must have if you get many deliveries

I never received any of them. They show they were delivered.

17I ordered a sensor fitting from eBay on July 14 th this item has a 14 day delivupstairswatching the tracking number do not receive on the he site son July 17 th it ybtIwas on a flight to the USA on July 19 th customs officials had the pack (New York) onaJuly 21st it was heading to New Jersey. MeMe 4 top in On July 23rd it arrived a a time usps distribution center in Newark nj and on July July 28 it left and was headed towards another usps distribution center in new Trenton New Jersey on July 31 it was being sent to my local USPS post office which is 38 miles to me post office well it’s 24 August I still have not received ny package I. Told it’s not lost be patient if you don’t receive it by August 31 you can fts lost package claim until then I can’t do anything This experience has happened to me 4 times I will never purchase anything from outside the USA again

The delivery was fine

This app told me my package was delivered hours before it actually was. It also told me that it was arriving at 2:00 pm and it actually arrived around 5. And another one is I tried track my package and it kept saying the same place. Unhappy with the service

Didn't update when package was delivered

When compared to the delivery service’s website, always one step behind. If the package has departed the shipping facility, app shows it just arrived at the shipping facility.

The display comes on, and lights are illuminated correctly. But then it won’t go past that. Does not spin the tire . Won’t read the rate of speed, can’t cycle through the controls , can’t change the pass gear speed or any of the settings . The head lights , rear lights all turn on correctly. But that is all that functions properly. No other functions operate at all. Does the display have a module that needs to be programmed to the ebike module? Any additional programming must be done I assume for Porper operation? Idk

I purchased a year, spent hours putting in 20 packages and next day, every time I open it bounces me out within 5 seconds. Y’all need to fix this. And don’t say delete and reload, it took to long to put all those tracking numbers in.
