I don’t know if this app is any good due to 3 pop ups to upgrade to premium before I could complete my first list. Why would I buy if I can’t ‘test drive’ it first. I don’t mind an occasional sales pitch but you need to let me ‘like’ it first. As a result I quickly uninstalled it.

I had pretty much decided to buy the premium. However, during the process of creating my first list, I got the pop-up three freaking times insisting that I buy the premium. So, instead of following through and buying the premium after I had checked it out completely, I decided to just delete the app.

### *---- "App crashes and deletes recent lists"
I really appreciated this app, but there’s a now months-old issue that causes the app to crash and revert to an earlier (empty) version of the list I was working on upon reloading. So now it’s useless and was a waste of money.

UPDATE: I successfully used the app another time or two after an update earlier this year, but I just lost another detailed list, and I’m done. An unreliable app is just a waste on every level.

UPDATE: I wanted to update my review because the developer reached out and help me troubleshoot the issue. I have all of my list back again. Hooray! I tried many other packing list apps, and this one is still the best. I spent countless hours creating packing and to-do lists with this app. Then I lost my phone. Not to worry, I thought—my lists are stored in iCloud, since I paid for the premium version. But when I downloaded and installed the app on my new phone, there is no way to access the iCloud lists. It seems this feature was removed from the app. I emailed the developer and didn’t hear back. Charging for a feature and then removing it with no notice or warning, and then having zero customer support is unethical to say the least. It’s a shame because the app itself is great, which is why I’m giving it 2 stars instead of one.

This is, without a doubt, one of my most used apps. It’s super flexible and simple yet powerful. However, I’ve recently updated it and can no longer see my iCloud lists. I sent an email to the developer but have yet to hear back. I am also unsure if the developer is accepting feature requests. I saw in a review that the developer is active on Twitter but when I try to go to their website, it redirects me to the App Store. To the dev: please contact me, I would love to update my review to a super well deserved 5 stars!
