### ***-- "Log book and wallet improvements"
Once my physical logbook was full I decided to go for the digital Padi logbook. The logbook itself is easy and intuitive to use and contains all relevant information. Missing is an option to set the starting number of dives and then the App automatically increases it accordingly, but it aleays starts at 1. I already submitted that to the support team but never received any feedback, therefore one star removed.
The second improvement is to be able to store the eCards on the iPhone wallet. Even though it says wallet is supported, there is no way to import them, or at least I haven’t found a way. Plus you have to be online to retrieve them. That’s why I removed another star.

After i purchased my licenxse for more than 50 Dollars, it still hasn’t appeared on my app.

I tried do purchase the aCard trough the app as its the only way to get one according to the website. but when I click the ‚purchase eCard‘ button nothing happens. The ‚recplace card‘ button is also not working. 
 I’m currently traveling and didn’t bring my logbook and card but now I wanna do a few dives so it’s a bit of a hustle that it’s not working. 
It’s also nowhere stated how much the eCard costs. Generally speaking I think it should be free anyways, I mean we payed for the courses and the card already. But if I have to pay for it I at least expect the app to work.

Tout est dans le titres, on y trouve tout mais parfois ça ne fonctionne pas.

I wanted to log my dives in the app but the app is very unreliable. Most of the time you cannot see your logged dives. Sometimes you have to remove and reinstall the app to see them again, and sometimes even that doesn’t help. When you cannot see the logged dives you cannot also add new ones as the app does not find the instructor.

Die App ist super langsam. Das ginge ja noch, aber zusätzlich löscht sie auch regelmässig das Logbuch. All meine Dives sind weg! Gem. Support soll ich die App löschen und neu installieren - das soll helfen. Tut es aber bisher nicht. 

PADI ist eine Multimillionen Dollar Unternehmung und schafft es nicht, eine normale, funktionale App zu schaffen? Sehr schade.

You still have to pay around 50 Usd/Eur/Chf EACH to have your Diving Certificates (OWD, AOWD) show up in the app!
I understand that there is some cost to send standard (plastic) replacement cards, but for eCards, this is just an impudence!

Die App an sich ist gut gemacht und Übersichtlich.
Aber es wäre einfacher wenn man die Daten fürs Logbuch importieren könnte. Ich selber Tauche zum Teil mit Oceanic+ auf der Apple Watch Ultra was super funktioniert. Die Daten muss ich leider von Hand noch eingeben. Wenn das importiert werden kann gibt es 5 Sterne :)

Ansich eine gute, verständliche Sache… Allerdings ist das E-Learning teilweise unsauber übersetzt und buggt mit den verlinkten Buttons. Von einem weltweit anerkannten Lerntool habe ich doch mehr erwartet.

E-cards werden nur nach Intervention beim PADI Support in die Apo geladen. Selten funktioniert der Zugriff auf die App. Mehrheitlich kommen Fehlermeldungen und ohne Internetzugriff können die Brevets in den seltesten Fällen eingesehen werden. Erstaunlich, dass im Jahr 2022 noch immer nicht möglich ist einen verlässlichen Zugriff zu ermöglichen.

And will uninstall it because of the dive log.

I am unable to save dives, it's impossible to choose a diving spot, and the problems keep adding up...
