I downloaded the app and upgraded to the premium on a free trial. I used it for about 24 hours and decided I didn’t like that my partner would have to download the app as well to get ROI which was an unlikely situation so I cancelled in the App Store and deleted it. I was surprised when I was charged on my credit card for a year subscription. I have reached out 3 times to support since beginning of December about a refund and have heard nothing back…. Would not recommend.

I have a wonderful relationship with my significant other and with this app I can feel it growing even stronger every day!

I deleted the app and redownloaded it multiple times to resolve this issue but unfortunately it’s not working - help!

My partner and I got this app to navigate moving in together and assist our communication, and we’re still together 3 years later. Our friend did not get this app to navigate moving in with his partner, and they had a messy breakup. Therefore, this app keeps couples together. (Although once we were good we deleted it because it’s pretty expensive)

I had the app for around two weeks and while the concept is so cool and super fun, the only reason we kept it up was because of our free trial. I get not giving access to everything, but even of the three daily updates, only one is free? For me, getting the subscription is not an option and honestly, not worth it for the price. If you're someone interested in paying for this, it is really fun, but pricey. I'd recommend trying out the trial and seeing if it's worth it.

My partner and I are enjoying the app so far, but I would advise waiting for an offer code, I was fortunate enough to get a 40% off one. I do have one suggestion for the devs, give the option to add notes on EVERY single thing in the app. Some of the quizzes(for me anyway) do have multiple correct answers but I can only choose one. Being able to leave a note or choose more than one would be nice.

I’ve been using Paired for 3 months now and always got a notification to remind me to answer the daily question. I’ve never missed one. Since the update at the end of August I don’t get any notifications anymore even though the app shows me that I have all the reminders turned on AND I went into my phone settings to turn notifications on. I have missed the daily question 5 times this month already after 3 months of newer missing one. Why was this done? Why aren’t the notifications and reminders working anymore? This is really annoying honestly. I also wish the discussion feature was brought back. It would make it so much easier to chat about the questions.

I rely on the notifications to remind me to do this every day. I’ve had huge streaks up in the 300s and over the past year I have lost two big streaks because updates have for some reason messed up the notification settings in the app. Nothing has changed on my phone but in app it just stops giving me notifications and I’ve lost my streak, again. It’s just a streak, and it means nothing, but it’s a sense of achievement when you can look back with your partner and see huge participation streaks.

My husband and I have paid the yearly subscription for two years now. We loved it when we started, and had some great conversations stem from it. However, much of our interaction with the app was through the 'discussion' chat after each activity or prompt. We could message each other back and forth to discuss our answers. Now, we have to find time and make more effort to engage with the topics. And despite trying when the changes first happened, we just haven't been using it. It no longer works for us.
