## PAK IDENTITY Description
Pak identity is NADRA’s Online identity issuance service for Pakistani citizens that provides an end-to-end solution for applying for  identity card.  NADRA has launched this app to facilitate Pakistani citizens to apply for following identity documents

Functionalities: 
•	Account creation with email, mobile number and biometric verification. 
•	User login through biometrics (Fingerprints / Facial) 
•	User-based inbox with a list of all applications 
•	Interactive data acquisition 
•	ICAO-based photograph capture through the mobile camera. 
•	Fingerprints acquisition through mobile camera 
•	Digital signature capture through the mobile touchscreen 
•	Document upload through both mobile cameras and by uploading files 
•	Attester verification through OTP

Thank you, NADRA, for this service. I submitted my application for the modification of my CNIC and had a good experience. I didn’t face any issues, even during fingerprinting. The app is advanced and user-friendly!
However, after submitting my application on an urgent basis, the system indicates that my application is in progress. It has been twenty hours, and I have not received any update. It would be helpful if we were informed about the specific number of days required to finalize the process. Additionally, highlighting the progress of our application step by step would be beneficial.

Pak identity before was very reasonable but now you added first verification then fee pay option but here’s a issue that I applied executive ID card due to urgent need on 27 November and now 10 December but still didn’t recieved any response call from your system. Two stars for saving time. I am unable to see where the PDF is downloaded after the certificate is issued (it’s not on downloads in my phone and not in the documents folder either) Just gives a message saying that it’s been downloaded in the ‘ my documents’ section (God knows where that is!). You cannot request for a correction of any information which might be wrong in the FRC. There needs to be an option to indicate that the information is not correct.

I’m applying for my wife CNIC modification but I’m stuck on the photo
1) there is upload photo option on the picture box its clickable but not showing showing gallery 
2) when I click on the capture its opened the camera but not take picture its just show cross sign and quit the camera I have tried multiple angles
3) its not showing guideline during taking photo e.g the face angles is not correct then it will need to show guideline for the face angles but now no one can understand the valid face angles specifically for niqab females

The app is not even letting me login- as soon as I enter my credentials and press enter the screen goes blank - I have been trying to apply for an online FRC- previously I had gotten it through the website but now they are saying biometric needed and it’s mandatory through the app only- terrible experience- no wonder we as a country are still stuck in the stone ages - I see so many similar disappointed customer reviews but no response or action being taken!
