Toooooo much bad experience payment and everything done but for biometric verification it was very bad but now how to do refund ?

The application is amazing but, the verification process not convenient at all because of Fingure scanning issues. You are requested to update the verifcation process. Thanks

Even I changed the phones for just scanning finger print no support

I have never experienced a bad app like this. This is soo old still not stable? This app seems like we are in early 2000s. Same condition of the desktop website. Why you guys cant fix this? This is our representation every overseas Pakistani atleast use or try to use this. For God sake fix this app and your website. Every single time I try to use I get frustrated. By the way one suggestion outsource to some Indian freelancer they would fix this in minutes

I want to update my fingerprint on app for FRC request which i have made on website but in App there is no record of my FRC request even though i put my FRC request number but there is no record of my FRC request. Tell me how can I update my fingerprint for FRC?
