You should update your application. It doesn't work well enough on the new iOS. I've never had a problem with Bluetooth connection before.

Hi I am insing iPhone 13 pro. I cannot connect Paperang for few months already. Even I restart, re download, it still show fail connection. But this can connect with my ipad. My phone has no issue coz I still can connect with Peripage but not yours. Please fix soon.
