Tried connecting it many times on my phone. How can i resolve this? Atleast they should not have been selling the product outside China if it is only permitted in their country. You should update your application. It doesn't work well enough on the new iOS. I've never had a problem with Bluetooth connection before.

Hi I am insing iPhone 13 pro. I cannot connect Paperang for few months already. Even I restart, re download, it still show fail connection. But this can connect with my ipad. My phone has no issue coz I still can connect with Peripage but not yours. Please fix soon.
