Story

The communist state of Arstotzka has just ended a 6-year war with neighboring Kolechia and reclaimed its rightful half of the border town, Grestin. 

Your job as immigration inspector is to control the flow of people entering the Arstotzkan side of Grestin from Kolechia. Among the throngs of immigrants and visitors looking for work are hidden smugglers, spies, and terrorists.

Using only the documents provided by travelers and the Ministry of Admission's primitive inspect, search, and fingerprint systems you must decide who can enter Arstotzka and who will be turned away or arrested.

dit was 100% mn geld waard, duurt lang om uit te spelen en het is ook niet saai ondanks de gameplay die wel hetzelfde is, je moet altijd goed opletten, je familie in leven houden, en er zijn ook nog heel veel dingen die er om heen gebeuren.

I used to play this game on my ipad like all the time. But after the recent update, you are not able to play in landscape mode anymore. I feel like this kind of ruins the experience for me so if devs read this, please give us back landscape mode.

De sfeer zit er goed in bij dit spel. Eind november staat een eindeloze rij winterjassen te wachten om jouw pas geopende grenspost te passeren. Je bent nieuw op de job, je hebt namelijk de maandelijkse arbeidsloterij gewonnen, en bent uitverkoren om dit hokje te bemannen. Je begint heel onwennig aan je werk. Het gaat langzaam. De tijd tikt weg terwijl je binnen de lijntjes probeert te stempelen en alles dubbel of triple checkt. Je komt daarom thuis met een mager loontje. De huur en stookkosten van je nieuwe woning blijken torenhoog, en bovendien is je gezin erg hongerig. Daar gaan al je spaarcenten dan maar. Hopelijk gaat het morgen beter. Dat valt natuurlijk tegen, en iedere dag krijg je nieuwe regelgeving voorgeschoteld van het regime dat altijd over je schouder lijkt mee te kijken en je op de vingers tikt. Mensen vragen stellen over papieren die niet op orde zijn, vingerafdrukken afnemen bij twijfel, mensen detineren of juist een oogje dichtknijpen. Het gaat van kwaad tot erger. Het is heel eenvoudig, maar over elk detail is nagedacht en alles is open voor eigen interpretatie. Dat is het leuke van dit spel.

Binnen de kortste keren ben je verandert in een norse bureaucraat die zonder blikken of blozen papieren afkeurt in een oogwenk en ze zonder pardon terug gooit over de balie, waarna de persoon die zes jaar z'n familie niet heeft kunnen zien rechtsomkeert maakt en afdruipt. 
Je probeert efficiënter te werken en wordt daarom direct ongeduldig als iemand een praatje aanknoopt voordat ie z'n paspoorten afgeeft. 
Je ruïneert levens. Je probeert te overleven. Je wordt meedogenloos. Jij bepaalt wie komt en gaat in Arstotzka!

Works perfectly well on my iPad 2, hoping for iPhone 6 and 6+ support in the future. It may not have flashy graphics, but the game is very addictive, I somehow enjoy the power that I am given. Finally a real game in the appstore, and not a fremium game disguised as a payed game. No ingame scams!
