The app is definitely great. Works as it should and has the proper options needed. Sometimes the update in the app is slow compared to aftership, which has immediate update notification. This has a delay if 20-30 minutes. But that is also not what bothers me. There are some carriers that this doesn’t support in India atleast. When sending a mail to the developers, they don’t respond back on any thing. Being a paid user, this doesn’t feel right

No support for Indian couriers. Also for Amazon India no refresh updates. Not worth spending on subscription on this app..

This paid app doesn’t track Delhivery courier whereas free apps track Delhivery courier . As a paid subscriber I find this as a major issue

This is actually very convenient when you have a lot of orders coming or going out, specially international! You get automatic status updates! All couriers at one place!! The only negative thing is I would like to see it covering all couriers of all countries

It’s the only app that seems to be working with Amazon India at this moment, and couple of other services. The interface is no frills, straight to the point and has native iOS look. Ads are barely intrusive, and the subscription is cheap-no brainer. Package tracking is solid, widgets are nice looking and the app is updated to make the most out of new iOS features, like the Lockscreen widgets.

Never knew this app existed till this week. Absolutely loving it so far. Very well made. 🙌

App is great to use, clean and conveys information well! One request, support for Indian based delivery services like Delhivery, India post, etc.

Right after entering the order number, the app got freezed. Tried reinstalling but did not work either.
