This is annoying,There is no any option to cancel subscription. I had 2 weeks trail and after subscription for 2 weeks free service i cancel my subscription right after 1 hours using it . And my plan is unable to cancel my subscription 😡

Why my parental control always allow Roblox on my kids device, even I clicked “schedule”? System is not stable and consistent. Help! I paid the subscription and It doesn’t serve the purpose!

Hi about the premium version, can you set the “allowance” as an allowance time to kid when they r blocked from several apps? E.g. they r blocked to use whatsapp, youtube during school time. But if I set allowance as 0.5hr, they can still still use these app for 0.5 hr during blocked time? I think this can prevent being laughed by other kids why your mobile is blocked

女兒用的手機是iphone 5，但今年6月開始程式就自動登出，裝回又自動登出，初時以為iphone 5比較舊，無法更新新軟件，所以換了iphone 8p, 結果乜是一樣，向公司了解過，他們說程式不配合iso，所以無法使用。
