Cada actividad o atracción tiene una forma específica de reserva. Por ejemplo, el Louvre te redirige a completar un formulario y a reservar una franja horaria que te confirman por correo a las 24h. Sainte Chapelle te ofrece varias franjas y eliges directamente sin que te respondan pon correo… En fin, hay que leer bastante y seguir bien cada instrucción y eso lleva más tiempo del deseado. Por lo demás, es perfecta. Te ahorras mucho tiempo de espera en las colas de entrada.

Atracciones common el Louvre o la Torre Eiffel no permiten sacar el ticket directamente. Te re dirige a una web que no está adaptada para dispositivos móviles en la que haces una solicitud a la espera de que alguien contacte contigo. Del Louvre ni siquiera contactaron y De la Torre Eiffel me mandaron un mensaje sugiriéndome una hora distinta a la que yo había pedido. Acepte la solicitud y cuando llegue a la torre Eiffel nadie sabía nada y nunca me llegaron a responder. Creo que sale mejor comprar directamente las entradas en cada atracción en la web correspondiente

The app is not good.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. App doesn’t work. I scans the QR code fine but booking attractions just hangs and never refreshes. Getting a hold of customer service is impossible. I hope I didn’t waste $300 on 5 passes.

I work in tech and have difficulty navigating this app. I loaded three different passes, one of which is different. It is impossible to book attractions for the different passes as it only shows options for one and there is no way to show options for the remaining pass even after highlighting the pass. With some attractions you have to send a message to book the attraction. I sent a message several weeks ago and still have not gotten a response despite the fact that my trip is quickly approaching. Further I have sent several messages to Paris J’taime and have not received a response. I don’t know what to do once I get to Paris if my requested attractions haven’t been booked. Finding a phone number for them is impossible. I will never purchase this pass or use this app again!

Terrible. You only need reservations at the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower. The other things save you from standing in line the buy a ticket. However for the louve and the tower you cannot make reservations more than 48 hours in advance. Which was not stated in the website prior to purchase. When we arrived at the tower for our reservation we were told that the QR code wasn’t accepted and discovered that the tickets had never been sent to us. We could have just purchased the tickets online. No one at any of the places even know what Paris pass was. It did work for everything but the Louvre and the tower but the cost did not equal the value of what we received.

This is the official government site for Paris Visitors Bureau. It has a wealth of information and it is surprisingly current and up to date. It is also a great place to get tickets and Passes. Do not be fooled by non official sites. These people are here to help.
