Parkade: Park at your building

The salvation works fine until someone parks in your space. The application has a future that you can notify Parkade, but it is faulty and keeps selecting the wrong spot if you have two spaces. This is annoying, and they don't provide a contact phone number.

Very bad. Customer service is not helpful at all and cannot find my parking spot.

Parkade is now charging a 3% fee on Apple Pay and credit card payments. I added my bank account to avoid fee. Was billed on credit card because it defaulted to Apple Pay even with my card removed.

If you are considering moving into a building that uses Parkade, live elsewhere. The customer service is terrible and the entire notion of paying to pay to park your car is ridiculous—Parkade recently added a three percent fee if you pay via debit, credit or Apple Pay. Other than non-iPhone users, who doesn’t prefer Apple Pay over providing a random company like Parkade with banking information?! So ridiculous.

I got the best spot in town. Safe, secure, Huge space (no door dings or obstacles) and by elevators and stairwell. iG: themak247

And even worse service! Yes, great business strategy — force added fees on to something people are required to use for their apartments because you know they have no choice but to pay them. 10/10. You do nothing, and add fees with no benefit to the user. What an absolute disgusting company you are. Luckily, I won’t be required to use your services after May. Have fun scamming your forced customers. Clowns! 🤡

Easy to setup and use. Parking is so much more convenient now for our visitors downtown.

Great parking app. The only way it could be better is if they made it compatible with Apple CarPlay. I’d love to see that in the next update.

I actually really enjoyed using this app for my apt. It is user friendly and they actually responded with care to my question which I was so shocked by. Appreciate it!
