Why does this app still require you to confirm every piece of information every time you park, even when you are extending? My method of vehicle, payment method and email address do not need to be selected and then verified each time I park. Should just be able to click once, verify that nothing has changed based on a summary and be done. 

Not sure the developers of this app have ever built something before.

### ****- "All features you would expect from a good parking app"
Version 2.7 works pretty well. The registration process is a bit of work, but once you are in, you can have your payment information in the app, it reminds you of time left, you are able to go to your current parking and extend it easily.  

Make sure you have all your credentials set up before parking, so it knows where in the world you are (if you are in Canada and does not have a profile, it will suggest parking in the US)

The improvement I would suggest is to have the active parking as a front screen, so you don’t have to find on your transactions.

Worst parking app ever. 

Inconsistent response. Freezes and becomes unresponsive if you add time too quickly. Setting up a password is ridiculous, and even if you meet those requirements it rejects the password. Also you are charged $.15 “convenience fee” - they should pay the user for the inconvenience. Get it together, developers.

App has major problems.

Profile cannot accept phone numbers in international format.

Attempt to manage payment cards results in crash and what appears as a stack trace.

Transaction history should record “proceed as guest” payments using same email address paid before registering an account.

At this point I’m not sure I feel safe entering information.

I just got a ticket because the app refused to process Apple Pay, even though I had used it several times the last days. By the time I tried to renew the parking it refused payment a few times and I received a parking ticket at the same time, feels almost on purpose.

Downloaded this for the first time for an event we’re going to tonight. Trying to sign up for an account, first, please get rid of “Username” and just use people’s email address. Also Password field doesn’t recognize it’s a password field so phone not recommending a random, secure password.  Maybe even give the option to use my AppleID or a Google ID for signing in? These couple little things would improve the user signup experience.

They charge a 10% convenience fee for using their app. It’s not added until checkout. There’s also no option to change license plates until checkout.
