GARBAGE! I have used this app for YEARS! Whatever changes you’ve done behind the scenes have turned this app from a convenience have turned it into an utter annoyance. I have just spent fifteen minutes dealing with network error messages that seemed to go away after deleting and redownloading the app. Now it won’t let me add a new card. I NEVER leave reviews, but I’m so frustrated by the sheer I competence and corner cutting that I need to share my frustration. I hope that you lose every account that your company has because this product no longer serves a useful purpose.

Minimum parking fees are such that you end up paying 10x more than you need to. 

Can’t edit vehicles/tags when parking (and UI spinner for state selection is a terrible choice), and there’s a limit to the number of vehicles. 

Location services don’t work correctly and prevent you from paying for parking because it thinks you’re somewhere else entirely. Manual entry of zone numbers is clunky.

When I open the app to park more times than not it has signed me out. Takes at least 10 to 15 minutes to get signed back in and sometimes I can’t get signed in when I need it. Disappointing app.

The app never returns the same code that is on the street sign.  There should be the easiest thing for it to do when you click Park the GPS knows exactly where you are yet it forces you to search and then return to a different number than the one on the sign.  Fix this!

A useless predatory buisness. Refuses to issue refunds for mistaken transactions and no way to cancel as session started in error. At least give us 10 min or something to do that. My car was never parked in that lot. You jerks owe me 10 bucks and I will do everything in my power to park anywhere else and encourage my civic officials to cut contracts. ### *---- "FaceID sign-in is gone in v24.45.0?"
I’ve used the ParkMobile app for over 2 years with sign in using FaceID on my iPhone iOS18.1.1. Suddenly the app v24.45.0 doesn’t have FaceID as a sign in option. Contacted Help and they sent me instructions including “be sure to enable FaceID on my iPhone,” saying that FaceID is an option on the Settings screen. It is Not! When I reply to Support twice with a screenshot of my phone showing that FaceID is not in Settings I get a reply from Abe C. saying “we have no control over if your mobile device has FaceID or not. The app does not have FaceID integrated. “. WHAT?? Abe, are you not paying attention? If the app doesn’t have FaceID integrated then why did you send me instructions saying “make sure FaceID is enabled in iPhone Settings?” The app used to be good and I used to use FaceID to sign in all the time. Terrible app support!!

This app does NOT reserve anything for you. The website clearly says you can reserve a spot ahead of time and that is absolutely false. The only thing the app does is allow you to pay electronically that’s it. Not worth the hassle.

Complete ripoff.  Makes you guess which parking lot your in, frequently puts different lot numbers in the same lot making it confusing which one to pick.  If you guess incorrectly you are fined, booted, or towed.  I will never used this service again or go anywhere I am required to use this app.  Also, does not offer refunds.

Tried using this for the first time today. When I went to log in I had to put in my email address and wait for an email to arrive before I could even use the app. Here I am at a parking meter in a hurry and I have to wait for an email to show up! When I set up my account it took two or three minutes for the email to come. That's ridiculous to expect someone to wait at a meter for a few minutes just to be able to use the app! Obviously not going to be using it.

### *---- "Complicated process to cancel Pro membership"
ParkMobile makes it extremely complicated to cancel pro membership. You have to go to support page then that takes you to another page which explains you have to login and go to”personal page to adjust membership but personal pages requires you to add your email again. I ended having to reach out to support but I had to provide a bunch of info like what version of the app I was using and what web browser I’m on. Unsure if membership will be cancel or not. Its extremely confusing on purpose.
