A scam parking app!

I never write a review. Don’t park there, park somewhere else. My car got towed in Wynwood. I paid $40 in parking on the app and an additional $140 to the towing company and they damaged my car. It’s not worth, it park somewhere else. I have reached out and they refuse to respond. I am currently consulting with my lawyer to determine appropriate action.

I have to purchase validations for my guests and when I validate guest parking I have to hit validate again and again as it only lets me do a dollar at a time. When parking is $12 I have to validate the parking 12 separate times. It’s a terrible system. It also doesn’t tell me the start time for parking - only the price. I don’t recommend this app as there are much better parking apps available.

This app goes out of its way to complicate something as simple as paying for parking. As if wasting 5-10 minutes creating an account, adding a vehicle, adding a card wasn’t bad enough, the app rejected my payment and somehow charged me 8 times which means now I have to waste even more time disputing with bank. Mediocrity manifested.

Get a “something went wrong” every time I try to add a vehicle. Support link in the app doesn’t work. Tried to send a message on the website and get a 404 error when submitting. Tried on two iOS phones with latest app version and iOS versions with the same result. A little qa team would go a long way

when I went to park it literally made me pay 50 dollars for it. And it made me pay for another persons parking because of it.

The app design is great and easy to use, but it doesn’t give any prices until you park and want to pay! Price is a huge factor for me when choosing where to park and it purposefully hides it from you. I paid $26.50 to park somewhere through this app but after realized if I paid the old fashion way through the machine it would have only cost $15. Scam!

I love this app it definitely makes my life a lot easier when parking in Miami Beach!
