I can’t express how grateful I am anytime I must log into a rarely used app (think social security or dmv) and when I am asked for my user name and password the box above the keyboard gives me instant relief as it asks if I old simply like it to complete the requested saved information for me….AND I AM IN!  No more fumbling g around d trying to find that secretive piece of paper I used to create the username and password from years ago where half the time I wouldn’t meet the app’s required password alpha and numeric and sometimes character requirements in addition to the length of passwords or character count. 


All this is wonderful except when I go into an app onto a different device and do not have this password app on there so I can’t fall back to that piece of required saved data. Instead I must go through the “forgot my password (sometimes username is forgotten) and I must change the password but I cannot simply save from whatever device I  am working on and must try to record the new password on that tiny piece of paper and then remember to pull it out after I am done and back with my phone with some free time and update the password app with any changes I might have.  that unfortunate part of this is I often times forget and then get stuck when I am in a desperate hurry or have to rush and get stopped from getting g what I need to do done and go through all the authentication options and eventually get back to change the password again and hopefully I am on my phone so the change can be remembered in the app. 

My only other complaint with the app is the security warnings or notifications that my passwords could have compromised. And that it is recommended to me to go into each app or web login page that “might have an issue” and change all these password.  What I want to know is how confident is the app that my passwords are actually at risk?  And why do all my webpages get hit at one time with your app?  I need to understand better what makes a determination to suggest that I change my password. Also I wish that the process to change the passwords could be simplified and not include a multiple step process. I would like to check the boxes of all sites that I must change password and have the app do all the work including creating a “strong password” and then save it to my passwords app. To me that would be the world’s greatest service to offer me!  

Good product overall and trust I will see more in both the near and long term!  Thanks again!

The one thing I disliked about Passwords is that passwords are often displayed on my iPhone screen. I would prefer that no passwords of mine be seen on my phone. If I want a password displayed, I should be able to do so with a switch.

Initiating use of Password manager is not proving to be easy, partially due to lack of suggested use instructions as simple as how & when to install browser extensions & how to use it for apps and what is the sequence of generating a new complex password, but also due to the variations in security login methods of each website.  The passkey does not seem to work.  Password manager works poorly with any browser but Safari.   Some websites cannot use Safari…they are limited to Chrome.   There should be a secondary password to access the Password manager.   Import had little success.   And, with capcha and 2FA there is no automatic login.   Way too hard.
