Vanvittig treg app når man åpner den. Den var mye raskere før, men bruker nå opp til 10-20 sekunder.

Appen er også veldig lite brukervennlig når man navigerer seg ned i menyer. Plutselig er man tilbake på start-skjermen og må starte på nytt.

Forferdelig dårlig app. Jeg er nødt til å bruke utallige forsøk på å logge meg inn, og når jeg først kommer meg inn og klikker på meldingen fra legen blir den borte. Når jeg har betalt for å ta en test vil jeg se prøveresultatene mine, det går ikke med denne appen

Jeg rekker å lese det første ordet i melding fra legen før alt forsvinner.  Aner ikke hva legen har skrevet.  Absolutt alt i appen er borte!

Denne appen trenger mer kjærlighet fra utviklerne. For meg fryser den 5 av 6 ganger på hvitskjerm ved innlogging med BankID, den bruker laaang tid på å reagere på bytte av Tabs og når man klikker på meldinger. Gamle ulest meldinger i innboksen kræsjer når man prøver å åpne, og blir stående som ulest. Jeg måtte logge på web-siden for å få gjort det jeg ville (lese en melding og bytte en time)

Det tar mange minutter å åpne appen. Meldinger jeg har skrevet blir borte, jeg får ikke sendt meldinger og må forsøke fem seks ganger før den godtar meldingen. 

Å bruke denne appen har ført til at min helse har blitt forverret og at jeg føler på enormt mye stress. Det er ikke en app som styrer frisør timene dine, men en app som styrer samtaler mellom deg selv og legen, og livsviktige medisiner. Jeg skrev en melding til legen om at jeg trengte ny resept på medisiner. Jeg så forespørselen lå inne på appen. Vanligvis blir meldingen lest i løpet av dagen og ny resept lagt inn automatisk. Tre dager senere, oppdager jeg at meldingen er slettet. Borte. Jeg er nå tom for livsviktige medisiner, det er helg og legen kommer ikke på jobb før på mandag. 

Jeg åpner appen. Den viser ingenting. Hvit side. Jeg refresher, sjekker at signalene er gode og at Telia ikke er nede. Refresher igjen. Ingenting skjer. Hvit side. Så.. etter fire minutter viser appen det den skal vise. Jeg sender ny melding til legen, men den går ikke igjennom, forsøker fire ganger før den godtar meldingen min. Men hvem vet hvor lenge den blir værende der. Nå må jeg på legevakten for å få hjelp. Bruke verdifulle samfunnsressurser fordi den elendige appen ikke klarer å sende en melding fra meg til legen. 

Desverre er jeg TVUNGET til å bruke denne elendige appen da legekontoret ønsker det. Ellers hadde jeg slettet den for lenge siden.

Savner en enklere måte å finne tobakken til tidligere meldingsutvekslinger med lege. Bruker ikke appen så ofte og denne gangen ga jeg rett og slett opp.  At appen ikke kan tilbyr på det norske navnet «pasientsky», når det er det legekontoret kaller den - er dårlig håndtverk. det er mulig. Hvis ikke får alle begynne å i tale den med det engelske navnet «pasient sky»…
