Their charges is base on every 1st of month and following to their pacific time zone, I’m staying in Asia so if i subscribe on 1st but according to their time zone is still 31st so to said the next day entering a new month they will charge you again. Patreon have look into their payment method which I’m not please with.

Everything in this app is great but somehow, I want to point out stuff that Patreon can improve. when you click photo/name of anyone, it’ll show their profiles . Make it more community appealing. Zoom in and out of images like Instagram. Need to add more engaging buttons/activity because often times, there be like 1k patrons but the comments is so low, like 10-100 😔

How do I use this feature? It keeps saying I haven’t downloaded audio files but I can’t find any option allowing user to do any download in the first place 😳. How do i use this option?

All i want is just to continue reading a book. So I signed in via fb, purchased the blooming tree and become a patreon to a creator. The creator later posted and announced that fans need to register via gmail in order to receive the stories. I went to the setting to change my email, didn’t received any notification despite several attempted to update my email. And most function in the app seems to be very complicated and frustrating. Ended up i cancelled my membership which is also havent received any notification despite already cancelled. 😑

Overall the app is okay, enough functionality is baked into the app and relatively easy to use. However scrolling and viewing comments is so laggy and unusable it makes me rather view the page on a browser instead. Please fix this.

The fact that Patreon is not available on Apple TV is bizarre. Please make it happen!!
