Absolutely love this app, it’s really helped me keep on top of my training. Would recommend to anyone!
I keep having my streak reset to the first day everyday and it won’t count how many days in a row I’ve meditated.
I downloaded this years ago when it first came out and used it a lot - the basic idea works well and it was very relaxing. Trying this latest version now it seems to kick me out early half the time with the music stopping, leaving me more stressed than I was beforehand.
Please please please please add a menu feature to turn off the haptic feedback if you go to quickly. It is incredibly annoying and completely takes you out of the flow.
Three months ago the developer added the option to purchase a new soundscape in the app. I purchased the soundscape, but now the developer has removed it from the app completely in favour of other soundscapes that you have to subscribe to access. I’m not against subscription models in apps, but the way this has been implemented is disgraceful. Previous purchases need to be honoured.
I guess this what I'd call a "Marmite App". You'll either love it or you won't see the point at all. For me this is a fantastic app. What's most extraordinary about it is that once your eyes are closed and your finger is just moving over the screen it feels like your phone is the size of a football field. And it is sublimely relaxing. This is a meditation app that I'll be using regularly. The music is great too. For those who expect instant gratification and fast-paced action, perhaps keep searching... I have been using this app on and off for a few years now. It still amazes me how quickly my whole body “sinks in” to the gentle motion and soothing sounds. My breathing slows, my heart rate too. This app is a little miracle.
This makes a pretty good mindfulness exercise as you focus on slowly moving the dot about the screen. With respect to the instruction to close your eyes, well all you have to do is move your finger slowly (and randomly) across the screen and listen out for the bell that indicates the session is over. Or don’t close your eyes I’m not sure it makes much difference 🤷♀️
Good app but there seems to be a bug where there is no sound. The app says a bell will chime when the session is finished but there is no sounds to alert you when you finish.
This app is ok but after a minute or so the dot fills the screen so you aren’t moving anything around and it loses its purpose. Also find it strange that it says to close your eyes... but then you can’t see the following instructions on the screen as there is no audio. Not the worst but some serious flaws.
Not compatible with iPhone XS Max
