I've tried to verify my account but when i press on verify it shows me that there is an error and can't enter the page which i can upload my id for verification, two years of waiting and there is no help, bad customer support, and they didn't even try to help me, i told them about this issue and the only thing they tell me that i should update the app to the latest version and try again, but the fact that the app is up to date and when i tell them that they stop responding, i have a balance in my account and i can't use it because my account is not verified.

I use this cheating app one week now the money was deducted from unknown person, I didn’t make any payments ita scam don’t use this

We need here in PayBy chat option. I thought it’s very important now.

No proper customer care , they don’t care about your money something happened to your wallet they will not support u . It’s biggest scam in uae
