Terrible Experience with PayPal – Unfair Restrictions and No Real Support
I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with PayPal. My account was suddenly restricted, and despite providing all necessary documents proving my identity and ownership of linked bank cards, they refused to lift the limitations. When I tried to update my profile name to match my legal documents (as their policy allows), they instead blocked the account completely. What’s worse is that their support team keeps repeating the same scripted responses without actually reviewing the case. They ignored the fact that all transactions were made using my bank cards, and now they won’t even let me use my linked cards or email to create a new account. PayPal’s service is unreliable, customer support is useless, and their decision-making process is completely illogical. Be careful using their services—they can block your account at any time with no real explanation or solution. Would not recommend.
