PayPal - Send, Manage, Pay

De app is heel gemakkelijk en praktisch, maar het is erg irritant dat je je saldo niet via bankcontact kan verhogen IN de app zelf.

Strong focus on seller protection, not on buyer. I got scammed but even with proof they did not wantend to react. Even when it was clear the seller was breaking the law. I got my money back through federal instance. I sent many pictures through their app en description to make my case and they just replied they did not get enough details. PayPal protection is a joke.

- App doesn’t allow to change primary currency of wallets; - App selects wrong bank for withdrawal every single time. It also doesn’t allow to change it during the withdrawal flow; - App is very “simple looking” but it came at a cost of almost no settings and doesn’t allow simple configurations; - Excessive verifications are required for the account to work and verifications have to be repeated multiple times; - Withholds money if it thinks the verification has not been provided (while verification was done); - Integration with Xoom is badly made. You can see that you’re going to another environment (probably web). - Almost no significant updates for retail users. - Tried to setup a preferred payment method and had to confirm 3 times the bank account that would be used. - And expensive when it comes to exchange rates. Paypal is clearly abusing its dominant market position with merchants. This is not an app of a mature large corporation but rather something that a fintech startup in its initial launch would offer.

I am deeply disturbed to learn that PayPal has chosen to close all Palestinian accounts, effectively cutting off financial resources and starving the Palestinian population. This decision appears to support the Israeli government’s oppressive policies, further marginalizing the Palestinian people who are already facing immense hardship. In solidarity with Palestinians and in protest of PayPal’s actions, I have made the decision to close my account and will no longer support a company that actively contributes to the financial blockade of a vulnerable population. Companies like PayPal should be fostering inclusivity and access to basic financial services, not participating in political and humanitarian crises. Until PayPal changes its stance, I will continue to boycott its services. I encourage others to do the same in support of justice and human rights.

Delete the honey extention from the app and make it possible to login without password and otp each time the app is opened…

They do not look at the files sent, they do not try to find a resolution

Worst finance app of all time, fees are extremely expensive, and they won’t hesitate twice to send all your private information to authoritarian states. If you don’t want to get sent to the goulag because you send a payment to a political opponent, avoid this app at all cost

Ça fait depuis que je contacte le service client clientèle toujours pas de réponse car ils ont débité de l’argent de mon compte et ils ne m’ont toujours toujours pas remboursé.

AMATEURISME : Pire service bancaire en ligne, non seulement l’application bug tellement qu’on dirait qu’elle a été faite par des programmateurs amateurs mais en plus de cela si vous avez un problème d’accès à votre compte ou n’importe quelle autre complication … vous pouvez dire adieu à votre argent … service client inexistant, vous devez attendre 45 minutes pour qu’on vous réponde et après cela on vous transfère de service en service jusqu’à que l’un d’entre eux raccroche.

Sa bloque mon paypal t’emporement et en plus leur vérification avc la carte d’identité ne marche pas vraiment dla mrd
